Joshua’s place was very neat, it was well organized and everything was easy to find. Smelled good and had a laundry room. Joshua was very helpful guiding me through how to get in and checking in to the house. 10/10 place highly recommended.

This was our third stay at Kristine's place and will very likely not be our last. Kristine's place provides a relaxing getaway with unique charm and we enjoy every stay. Kristine provides all the amenities to make you feel right at home making this the perfect place for a low-key stay-cation in the winter. By far one of our favorite places to stay. Thank you again for opening your place for us to enjoy! 12/10 recommend!

This is a beautiful cottage. The enclosed porch is perched right at the lake. You can even see the lake from the kitchen window. Lyn has provided every detail for guest comfort and convenience, from luggage racks to a side table in the bedroom. Very nice bathroom with thick towels. A plate of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies on the island counter was a lovely welcome!

We definitely enjoyed the home. It was very spacious and accommodative to my families needs.

Great stay! The outside patio was a great place to look out over the lake during the day, or see the stars. Very relaxing!

We had a Great Girls weekend at Mandi & Scott’s lake front home. Mandi really has a flare for decor & their home is beautiful and welcoming.i realized i left my phone charger in one of the bedrooms. I communicated through the app and Mandi happily mailed it to my home at no charge. Superb hosts. Looking forward to returning in the future.

when i stated at ambers bnb it was a nice area it was in and when we got there the place was clean and spacious which is key but in all we had a great stay and would highly recommend if traveling to the general area

Ryan was a great host, very friendly and quick to respond when needed. We traveled back to Michigan from Tennessee to visit family and brought our dog. The house was perfect size and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. The beds were very comfortable and the 2 living areas were great. Very quiet neighborhood and in a good location to both Grand Blanc and Fenton. We felt right at home! We will definitely use this home again!

They had great activities that we could join in with the other residents, every person on staff was super-nice, personable, and responsive. The security of the place was amazing! We had our own view of the doors from our room, and the ability to get in and out was also great. The balcony was an added bonus, and we spent the majority of our time when we were there, out on the balcony enjoying the view! Everything about Vicinia was amazing! They have a bar on premises (that closed at 7pm), but we were able to enjoy the festivities with the other residents. Everything there was clean and sanitized. They offered a breakfast until 9:30am, and coffee all day. There are so many great offerings from this AirBnB that we will absolutely return! Thank you for a wonderful experience and we will recommend Vicinia to anyone who will listen!

We stayed at Elizabeth's place as we worked in the area. it was great, just as we needed.

Spent a beautiful Christmas in the balcony suite. Had all the space and amenities of home. We were able to make an entire Christmas dinner as well as get a beautiful view of all the Christmas lights from our windows. Space was just as described and it could not have been more cozy with the winter season. Would happily stay here again any time!

Nothing to complain about but lots to praise, 10/10 would highly recommend for long and short term stays

We had an experience like none other staying in this beautiful AirBNB. This was our second visit, the first during the Christmas holiday. It was a winter wonderland that was magical and beautiful. We felt like we had been transported to a Christmas in the old country. Phenomenal!! 🥰🎄🦌☃️

Very nice place!

We enjoyed staying at Ashley's place during the time that our family was handling a medical situation over a period of several week. Ashley and Jeffrey were both very good at communicating with us and always quick to respond. The unit itself is a very nicely/newly remodeled upstairs apartment in an older house. The furnishings were all very nice and high-quality. We especially appreciated the spacious kitchen and the comfortable beds. (Comfortable mattresses was a must-have for us). The bathrooms were both very nice and had lots of artistic flair as well. Overall, the place was well-appointed, as they say. Noise was the only complaint I would have... there's a train that runs 100 yards behind us, a busy road in front of the house, and apparently the people living below us were often making noise after 11 PM. We think they might work night-shifts. Ending on a positive note: the town of Holly is very lovely and had a lot of nice shops and restaurants. Overall, a good choice to stay.

Such great extra touches!

This was our 3rd stay here! The kids are convinced that the bedrooms upstairs are 'theirs' lol So if you want a place that feels like home, this is it. Beautiful master suite, quiet neighborhood and everything you need is at your fingertips. I know we'll be back!

Our host Ian is excellent and communicated perfectly. The rental is an awesome space to enjoy and is walkable to local shops and restaurants as well a very very short trip to downtown Royal Oak. Excellent area. We were able to enjoy the roof deck hot tub which was an excellent bonus during our stay. I definitely recommend if this space fits what you’re looking for. Again, excellent hosts. We will consider coming back.

Nice old house split into four separate units. Very clean and tidy. Convenient parking for each unit.
