Le logement n’est pas accessible en voiture : un parking à proximité et une ruelle pavée permet d’y accéder (ceci préserve le calme dans la maison). Réparti sur trois niveaux: le grand salon se situe au deuxième, tandis que les chambres sont réparties entre le premier et le troisième niveau. La configuration et la présence d’un escalier en colimaçon font que ce logement n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.
