Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

The apartment is located in Gentofte – a beautiful green area - within walking distance to Gentofte Lake. Downtown Copenhagen is a 20-25 minutes bike ride away and 10 minutes by car. The nearest S-train station is an eight minute walk away.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

There is also a private courtyard - all just a stone's throw away from Lyngby's vibrant shopping and cafe scene. It's only 15 kilometers to Copenhagen, and a 16-minute train ride away.

The basement apartment is accessed by a private entrance. The apartment is nicely decorated and everything is modernized. The house is a 5-minute walk from the S-train station and a 15-minute drive from Copenhagen city center. There is forest and beach within cycling distance. There are shopping and restaurant options within cycling and walking distance. Please note that we have a very friendly dog that can be in the garden when we are home

Quiet - 15 min from central CPH

Keep it simple at this peaceful 2-room flat, located where you can easily park your car (free) and easily access public transportation for a night out. Right next door is a small but lovely park with rich bird life, playgrounds, takeouts and supermarkets. Space enough to bring a smaller child. Request junior bed and baby chair. Also great for budget business travelers who need parking and easy access to areas outside Copenhagen.
