This exceptionally spacious, newly renovated 3-room apartment with almost 100 m² is quietly located and is ideal for trade fair and Nuremberg visitors. 2 bedrooms, a large living/dining area and private garden offer plenty of space – even for families. For guests with cars, 2 covered parking spaces are available. The trade fair can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. At the same time, the apartment is very close to the S-Bahn station, so that Nuremberg city centre can be reached quickly and without having to look for a parking space.

Self-contained flat, Brombachsee, Nuremberg City/Messe

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a small child. In the living/sleeping area, there is a large double bed and a large sofa bed, and there is a single bed in the second room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with a shower. The terrace, which leads to the annex flat, invites you to relax and linger. Numerous cycle paths and the Franconian Lake District are in the immediate vicinity, as is the train, which takes you to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Pets only on request.
