Absolutely stunning beautiful location directly to Holbæk Fjord with Bognæs Forest in the backyard. Plenty of opportunities for wonderful nature experiences. On the property, there is a private shelter and fire pit. Good fishing opportunities. The cottage itself is decorated as a Tiny House with everything you need. Good double bed and two slightly narrow beds, which are best suited for children. At Bognæs, there is a very special atmosphere and you will completely calm down as soon as you arrive. 15 minutes by car to cozy Holbæk.

Beautiful cottage at the end of a cul-de-sac. Large, undisturbed garden with cozy terraces. There are two bedrooms, both with double beds. In the kitchen there is, among other things, a dishwasher and a large American refrigerator. Heating is by heat pump and/or wood stove. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. Wood is available for the wood stove. The property is 100% fenced. There is a 500-meter walk to Roskildefjord and 5 minutes by car to good shopping opportunities. Electricity is charged according to consumption.

Large holiday home located on Tørslev Hage in Hornsherred. 16 people +2 babies. There are nice views of Roskilde Fjord from the combined living-dining room. Also nice views from the living room and the large barbecue area. There is a large parking lot and a detached grass track, where there is the possibility for a lot of activities. The house is installed with ventilation systems. The hot tub is equipped with a large heater. On the lower floor there is table tennis, extra kitchen, projector 100" with TV connected programs.

(5 min/car, 10 min/bike, 30 min/ walk). The main house has a large kitchen, wood stove, dining area for 6 people, bedroom with Queen size bed, chamber with 1 single bed. Bathroom with toilet, shower/seat bathtub, washing machine. Utility room with dishwasher. Annex: 2 beds. 3 sleeping places and heat pump, so it is always dry and nice.

The large natural area on the protected ridge is forested, and from the top, where there is a magnificent view of Roskilde Fjord, a staircase leads down to an area with a bathing jetty. With a location within a reasonable distance from Roskilde and Copenhagen, the house is very suitable for guests who are looking for both nature and cultural experiences. Here you can wake up to the sound of the sea and see stars at night. The cottage is located in the 1st row to the water and the nature area on southern Sejerø. Peaceful with good fishing opportunities, beach and rich wildlife right outside. The cottage is 85 m² and has 2 terraces. It is smoke-free, pet-free and cleaned with allergy- and environmentally friendly, fragrance-free products. Final cleaning as well as electricity and water are included in the price (see specifications below).

Rosenlund is located in the heart of Nordsjaelland, in the middle of Allerød and Lynge. Here you will find a bright and spacious apartment with room for 4 guests. We offer 2 double bedrooms. A large and spacious living room with nice light, a kitchen/living room with fantastic views of nature and a large bathroom with washing facilities.

Lovely year-round insulated guesthouse, of approx. 17 m², with lots of charm, located in the middle of Gribskov, 6 km outside Hillerød. Here is room for 2 people with a large room with double bed, dining area and open kitchen with burner and the possibility of light cooking. In addition, there is a nice little bathroom with underfloor heating and a shower. The house is perfect for a romantic get-away or as a writing den if you need peace and quiet a few days for contemplation.

Guest house in this beautiful location, secluded from roads and neighbors, where nature can be experienced up close with rich bird and animal life, which has its own entrance, toilet/bath and sauna. Here is a renovated building with visible beams and hems that invites you to really cozy moments with a stove. The guest house is adjacent to the primary residence where I live, but privacy is respected. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed.

Cozy cottage with one bedroom and one guest house. 700 meters to the beach. There’s a fireplace for cold days and two terasses and a large private garden for warm days. Both house and guest house is non smoking area. The second bedroom is the guest house which is seperate from the main house. The mainhouse has central heating and a fireplace and is also very cozy and nice in the winter. Electricity usage is not included in the rent.
