There is a private parking space attached to the apartment. The accommodation contains a private entrance, entrance with distribution corridor, bathroom, kitchen, two bedrooms with double bed, living room with sofa and dining table and private terrace. Similarly, nice views from the conservatory and the large barbecue space. There is a large parking space and a detached grass field, where a lot of activates. The house is installed with ventilation systems. The hot tub is equipped with a large heater. Downstairs there is table tennis , extra kitchen, projector 100" with TV connected programs.

Outside, the house offers a large south-facing terrace with a pergola, a wilderness bath, a sauna, an outdoor shower and table tennis. Indoors, there is a cinema and billiards - perfect for both relaxation and fun. In addition, there are 4 bedrooms and 1 loft, so there is plenty of space for families and larger groups. 25 m2 clean, nice and cosy annex with all the facilities. There is a double bed (180x200), 2 chairs, table, cabinet, new kitchen with owen, hobs etc., a nice bathroom / toilet and a washing machine. The annex is situated at a 2000 m2 garden with private distance to the main house and with the forest in the back yard. There is 700 meter to a fantastic bathing lake, which is one of the cleanest lakes in Denmark. It takes approximately 30 min to get to Copenhagen.
