This 400 sq ft studio cottage and deck offer Catskill Mountain sunsets and seclusion, one mile from Main Street, featuring Otto’s market, Universal Cafe, a wine shop, laundromat and more. A family-friendly escape, a 5-minute drive to our quaint town of Germantown, & 15 minutes to the hip town of Hudson. Just a little further & you are in Red Hook or Rhinebeck!

Once an apple storage barn, this recently remodeled loft features two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, beautiful original pine floors, gas fireplace, central air, cook’s kitchen, and a large outdoor deck overlooking open fields and a pond. We are dog friendly up to 2 dogs. There is a $50.00 fee per dog. NO CATS.
