Ideally located in a peaceful setting, offers rest! This pretty cottage for 4 people, offers on the ground floor: a large fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee maker, combined fridge/freezer, induction stove,...), a bright living room with French window on a private terrace, a first bedroom with dressing room and workspace as well as a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find a second bedroom also with a dressing room and an office.

You will find the warmth of a good wood fire in winter and the coolness in summer thanks to its thick stone walls. This charming apartment on the Way of Saint James and Joan of Arc was built in 2016 in a part of our farm. You won't have any neighbors across the street. The entry is independent. You'll be very quiet there! The village is peaceful, 15 km from Joinville (supermarkets and others) and 5 km from Bure (Andra and Panier Sympa, the nearest bakery and grocery store), on the border with the Meuse and the Vosges. Many walks in the countryside are at your doorstep.
