In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. Nice apartment on the second floor of a private house with two bedrooms for 4 adults maximum, 1 living room and 1 bathroom. Guests also have access to a small garden with barbecue for sunny days (private). House located a few minutes' walk from the Loue Valley where you can enjoy the joys of swimming and canoeing. Quick access by the RN83 national road.
