Accommodation located a 5-minute drive from the city center, in a quiet countryside offering a green landscape. But also about 30 minutes from Mont Saint Michel, the beaches of Carolles, Jullouville, Kairon and Granville. Close to the highway to catch Caen or Rennes, barely 1 hour away. Direct access to the GR22 which passes in front of the gate. GR 22 which leads to Mont Saint Michel.

The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

You can reconnect with nature and enjoy walks and quiet life in the countryside or visit nearby places, Granville, Avranches, Villedieu-les-Poêles or the beaches of Carolles or Jullouville.

Accommodation for 4 people, city center + garden + terrace

Furnished accommodation 37m² in a new construction, opening June 2025. Bed linen provided + towels. Located in the city center, ideally located in a residential area; shops, restaurants and city tour on foot. Bus line to Mont Saint Michel 100m away, it takes 20min by car to get there. Located on the ground floor, with a totally independent entrance and access to the garden equipped with a picnic table by a pond.
