The 20 m2 bedroom has two large bay windows overlooking the terrace and the 15-are wooded, unfenced garden. Located 20 minutes from the centre of Besançon and 5 minutes from the Franche Comté TGV station. A supermarket, a pharmacy, two restaurants, and two tobacconists/newsagents/bars are 5 minutes away by car.

The wooden chalet is independent of the owners' house. It is composed on the ground floor (20 m²) of a kitchenette open to the living/dining room and a bathroom. On the mezzanine (10 m² with a maximum height of 1.80 m), you will find a small bedroom opening onto a 10 m² terrace.
