Its wide plate-glass window gives direct access on the terrace and allow to live confortabily as inside as outdoor, facing the sea.

Ideally located in the heart of the dynamic village of Saint Cyprien: restaurants, ice cream shops, bakery, shops, butcher, night market, press, post office... etc. and a short walk to the beach. (Most of the shops are summertime)
