We had a relaxing time at Villa Markisa. It was a private space, the outdoor bathroom was a nice touch, the plunge pool was lovely to cool off. If you are a coffee lover and a want a healthy breakfast, Kinoa is a stone's throw away.

What a lovely peaceful spot listening to the waves and relaxing. The cabin is small and basic and yes, the electricity, hot water and Wifi can fail at times but the guardians of the land are always quick to respond and put things right. Thanks Kadek, Iluh and all who looked after me so well during my stay. I arrived just before Nyepi when all the Atm's were closed so I had no cash to get some food for the day of silence. I was brought fruit and lent money so I didn't go hungry and am really grateful for such caring generosity. Thomas's detailed instructions were great too for nearby places to eat and local suggestions. Highly recommended 😊

As a family of four we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lembo Lagoon. The villa was beautiful and in a fantastic location. It was peaceful and the sound of the waves crashing right outside our door made for a lovely ambiance. It was a bit off the beaten path but access to the town was easy with scooter rentals or taxi trucks. The restaurant next door has a wide variety on the menu and staff were friendly. We would love to stay again someday.

5/5 Stars - Serene Oceanfront Oasis! Gede's hosting was phenomenal! Warm, welcoming, and attentive. The location is breathtaking - quiet, peaceful, and oceanfront. On-site restaurant serves delicious meals. Gede arranged a fantastic fishing excursion and reliable taxi service. Airport pickup was a scenic surprise, stopping at stunning viewpoints and temples. A picturesque waterfall is within walking distance! Gede's trustworthiness and local insights made me feel secure. Highly recommended! We had a separate guide, so we did not have direct communication with him, but he was very kind. The lodging was clean as shown in the pictures and the view was very nice. I highly recommend this lodging!

We stayed at Water Blow Huts for a week and it was a great experience! Amazing view, amazing host and staff, wonderful (a bit wavy) beach in a few minutes walk Very responsive staff that’s ready to help with all your needs, especially with the taxi transportation around the island A bit far from local restaurants, but you always can eat at the hotel itself for extra price (breakfast is for free here) The transfer is also included in the price and was extremely comfortable as well I’d definitely recommend it! Annette and Jim’s place was nothing short of magical. They were so friendly, helpful and communicative. The property and views are beyond beautiful. The staff on property are wonderful and so sweet. We truly enjoyed our stay and will be making this an annual trip!

I had the best time at Dewa’s place. He and his entire family were the sweetest people I ever met. They were always here for me, very helpful and welcoming. The place itself is an heaven of peace. The best place in Bali for those looking for peace and nature. I couldn’t recommend staying here more. I will definitely return.

The bungalow was simply but tastefully and authentically furnished. It has great visual appeal. The view from the patio over the rice fields was lovely. We were surprised first morning by ducks making their way up from one paddy to the other / amazing and beautiful. Great shower, great comfortable bed, kitchen and a short walk to mini mart’s restaurants etc

I had a wonderful stay at Mades for the last three weeks! it was my first time in Bali and Made truly helped me feel at home, would even take me to walk at the beautiful rice fields and helped educated me about local culture and history. he helped make my Bali trip and unforgettable, once in a lifetime experience. The garden is beautiful -the perfect spot to relax or as a peaceful backdrop to work. the kitchen had everything I needed to cook and prepare foods and the room itself was comfortable. shower is nice and hot and AC runs cool. I very highly recommend his place if you're lucky enough to find available dates! it's a wonderful, comfortable stay. plus Mochi and Mocha are adorable and so snuggly, they would happily run up to me every time I returned home. you truly feel like family staying at Made's

Beautiful location right in the heart of the jungle! Lovely restaurants and spas within walking distance. Kadek was so lovely and made us breakfast both morning. Bear in mind that grabs and gojecks are not allowed down this path which made it difficult for us when leaving with our bags (had to walk around 1km to the pick up point!) Also bear in mind this open bedroom is quite intense in terms of the bugs and the humidity! Two nights was enough for us. If you’re booking this make sure you have plenty of bug spray!!

Amazing place with amazing hosts! I Made and his wife are very kind, friendly, and hellful! The spot was very spacious, clean, and has multiple different areas to chill and enjoy life! Its a great place to stay if you want to be a little outside downtown Ubud but still connected to the local community and other tourists. The stay has multiple great restaurants nearby and is surrounded by beautiful nature. I have already booked my next stay here.

It was so nice to have a quiet space with everything I needed that is still walking distance to restaurants and yoga! Highly recommend staying with I Made.

Had an amazing stay here. The villa is secluded and immersed in nature. At first I thought the location was too far from everything but with motorbike all the main tourist attractions are about 25 minutes away. The room is very clean and brand new. The staff were incredibly nice, polite and helpful, always responded quickly and made sure we were always taken care of. They helped us with everything we needed including suggestions and even helped us find better deals for tours. Highly recommend this place and would definitely come back.
