Located in my garden, the studio is completely independent and equipped for 2 people, with parking in the courtyard and garden. Here, we take our time: breakfast under the plum trees, butterflies as neighbors and stunning views of the Loire. Ideal for families, friends or teleworkers, the house offers high-speed fiber, wood-burning stove and cozy comfort all year round. Close to the Château de Sully-sur-Loire and walks along the water, between history, nature and friendliness.

Ideally located on the Loire bike route with the possibility of parking them safely. Between Sologne, Orléans forest and close to the Briare canal bridge for hikers. Dampierre-en-burly is 10 minutes away and Belleville-sur-Loire is 20 minutes away for workers. Equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet and bedroom with double bed and desk.
