Lovely little house on the banks of the Loire, ideal for a stopover during your trip along the Loire by bike or to discover our lovely town of Gien. Located in my garden, the studio is completely independent and equipped for 2 people, with parking in the courtyard and garden. There you will find: - a fully-equipped kitchen: microwave, kettle, coffee maker, etc. - a 140*190 bed on the mezzanine - a sofa bed - TV, WiFi - WC and bathroom Shops and restaurants 5 min from the property.

Quietly located on a small property with pond, it has a large terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Fully equipped, it is ideal for a weekend with friends or a family vacation. 6 horse boxes have been fitted out for the horse riding championships at the price of €30/horse/night

Charming 80 m2 detached house in a quiet property, in the heart of a small village of 300 inhabitants. Our accommodation is located 1 hour from Paris by the A6, 15 minutes from Montargis, 20 minutes from Nemours, and 10 minutes from Château-Landon, Great for a stay with family or friends in the colors of nature, great for remote working in peace. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if the accommodation is not returned in an acceptable condition.

Two bedrooms (1 bed of 160 cm and 1 bed of 180 cm possibility to separate them into 2 beds of 90 cm), bathroom as well as a shower room. Separate toilet.
