Questo luogo è una vera perla: la vicinanza con la spiaggia, la tranquillità, la privacy, vari posti auto gratuiti adiacenti la casa, il giardino, la veranda con tavolo per mangiare sotto l'incomparabile cielo gigliese, lo scorcio sull'incantevole mare.
