We had a great stay! Luca met us to show us the apartment and let us in. Gave us great recommendations and was very responsive. It was super close to the water and was so pretty.

Thank you very much dear Sara for providing us with your apartment. The apartment is very clean and has a fantastic location with direct beach access . The ceiling height is a bit low in the shower and bedrooms, but we are both quite large. We were able to arrange this very well and for us that was no problem either. We all (including children 5 and 10 years) felt very comfortable and recommend the apartment 100%. Sara is very sweet and accommodating, thank you for that!

A bit far of the train station if you walk from there. Host was incredible, nice recommendation and help us when the check out arrive for our transfer to the train station.

Nicola was a great host and his flat was so cute! Directions on how to get to and into the apartment was very clear. There were plenty of guides, maps, and take away menus to help us in planning our adventures and eats! The harbor view from the balcony made for a great morning/evening sights. We recommend walking down the drive and eating at La Tortuga Di Claudio. The 6-course appetizer and the sea bream were our favorite!

We stayed at Chiara’s for 5 days and really enjoyed the sparkly clean apartment and the fantastic location. Chiara was extremely clear in her directions, including by sending pics and a video. They made it very easy to find and self-check in. We loved coming back to the apartment just in time for sunset to enjoy the perfect view from the table that is strategically placed there, presumably for this purpose. Thank you for making our very first visit to Cinque Terre so special.

Kelly & her daughter Kate were kind enough to met us at the station to show us how to get to the apartment. Don't expect all the bells & whistles, this is a quirky place that has character & maintains the family's history. The view is to die for, beds are big & comfy, it has everything you need to make your stay in Cinque Terre a wonderful experience. Thank you Kelly, Kate & Yuri!

everything was fine, the place is very beautiful

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Everything as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook wonderful meals! The location could not be beat! We hope to return someday to enjoy another stay!

Great location, great view, nice tinie house, warm hostess

We had a great vacation in Giampaolo's house! He helped us to get a tent in the bagno across the street and was very helpful and always responded promptly. Great location with small shops close by.

I stayed here with my fiancé and it was the perfectly charming little seaside spot for us for our quick trip to Livorno. There were several spots nearby available for drinking, eating and coffee and the seaside was magnificent even with dreary weather. It was very well appointed and cost and the lovely lemons from Giovanna’s garden and the fresh flowers were such a sweet touch and really made it extra nice! Giovanna was so sweet and recommended places for us to try and even offered to make reservations for us. I would stay here again!

Maurizio kindly agreed to accommodate us with our dogs and we are very happy that he did. He was very communicative and even arranged for an English speaker to greet us at the check in. He contacted us before to make sure we know where we are going and after to ensure we were happy with everything. Could not ask for a better host. The accommodation is great, we stayed for almost 2 weeks and felt right at home. You have all the facilities you might need and it is all in top condition. The location is right on the shore of the lake, the garden is huge (I mean huge) and well maintained. The sunset is out of this world. You have several restaurants within the walking distance (one literally 2 minutes away and really decent). Maurizio grazie per l'ospitalità!

Lola, very kind, attentive and helpful, the terrace overlooking the sea is beautiful and has allowed us to have lunch outdoors on December 29, exceptional sunsets and the noise of the waves in the background. The parking lot is a little limited but having already visited 5 Terre, Portovenere and surroundings, we preferred to learn more about Tellaro and Lerici.

I would definitely book this apartment again. It was in a great location and easy to get to. The loft was nice and made it feel very spacious. quick walk to the terrazza and several places to eat. Thank you for a great stay. Next time it will be longer for sure!

The host Marta has always been super kind and helpful, even before check-in. The accommodation has recently been restored with modern and quality materials. The location is fantastic:the beach(even the free one)is very close and convenient to reach, and the center is a few minutes' walk along the long sea(Via Italia). Excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity and Conad right in front. The only two flaws in my opinion found (but I would like to clarify that they do not depend on Marta, of course!) were: especially on Fridays/Saturdays, the neighborhood is a bit noisy for noisy guys and sparkling mopeds, also because unfortunately exactly in front of the accommodation there is a porch that buzzes voices and noises, but fortunately Marta has equipped the accommodation with windows that, if closed, allow excellent sound insulation; the building is a little old, certainly not at the height of the apartment. Overall we were very satisfied with the stay!

The place is absolutely beautiful, equiped with everything you could need for a stay in Livorno. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city center but in a quiet place. Totally recomended!

A pleasant and quiet stay. The brand new apartment was provided in every detail. Very central and walkable to the Historic Center with shopping points. Walter is a very helpful and communicative host. I highly recommend it.
