Numerous terraces, rooftop, swimming pool, and landscaped garden. Swimming accessible on foot at the bottom of the house. Access to the cove is restricted to residents only during the summer. Small pizza/fish restaurant 5 minutes' walk away. Aix TGV 30 mins away. Train station in the cove (Train Bleu), direct access to Marseille 30 mins. Parties prohibited.

Nice villa with fireplace

This family home is close to all the sites and amenities beaches, calanques, hikes, Marseille, Aix... quiet area in a quite secluded but well-connected place, car needed although there is the bus stop just down the street. The A/C is installed 😁 Accommodation for 7 people but with at least one child for the loft bed Fiestas nocturnes of course prohibited 🤷🏼‍♂️ i hope you have a pleasant stay and I will be happy to host you 😁 See you soon
