In Séguret, one of the most beautiful villages in France, close to Vaison-la-Romaine: independent apartment of 60 m2 renovated in 2017, on the ground floor of the owners' house. La Tour des Anges, a unique and beautifully renovated house, built in the medieval ramparts of the Provencal village of Sablet. Tastefully and charmingly restored, it has all the modern amenities, but retains its authentic character. You'll love its charming little shady garden full of flowers. The house is very close to shops: bakery, grocery store, wine shop, newsagent, pharmacy, stationery shop, florist, hairdressers, post office and bank. Local produce market on Friday mornings.

House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house that was renovated in 2023 and offers excellent amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next door to our own house. You can use our swimming pool during the summer period from 1 June to 31 October: Mon–Fri, 9:00–11:00 and 14:00–17:00. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.

At the foot of the listed village of Séguret, discover a charming Provençal house nestled in the heart of the family estate, between vineyards and olive trees. You will appreciate its beautiful spaciousness, its brightness and its 360-degree view of the Dentelles de Montmirail and the plain. You can relax in the fenced private pool.

The swimming pool (open from 1 June to the end of September) is below the village, a 5-minute walk away, and offers a very beautiful view. The house is self-contained, but it can also be rented with a neighbouring house with 4 additional beds.

You are 20 minutes from Avignon, 1 hour from Nîmes, Arles, Aix-en-Provence and Marseille The house is well-equipped and very comfortable. A wooded outdoor area welcomes you and you can enjoy the pool and a shaded terrace. We kindly ask that you clean the premises upon checkout. It is also forbidden to use this place for parties, I attach a lot of importance to this.

A stone's throw from the GR4, a long-distance hiking trail through the village, ideal for walking to discover the Provençal landscapes. Only 2 minutes from the bike path along the Ouvèze, you can easily explore the area safely by bike, whether with family or with athletes.
