Tastefully and charmingly restored, it has all the modern amenities, but retains its authentic character. You'll love its charming little shady garden full of flowers. The house is very close to shops: bakery, grocery store, wine shop, newsagent, pharmacy, stationery shop, florist, hairdressers, post office and bank. Local produce market on Friday mornings.

House, without exterior, in the village of Seguret. This is a house that was renovated in 2023 and offers excellent amenities. It consists of a large living room/living room with kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 en-suite bathrooms. This house is next door to our own house. You can use our swimming pool during the summer period from 1 June to 31 October: Mon–Fri, 9:00–11:00 and 14:00–17:00. The WE and holidays according to our availability. The pool is a 2min walk away.
