House holiday rentals in Giheung-gu

It's not a good place to play with a group of families, but we had fun for a day. Suengjang was very shallow to play with the chodings, but we still had a good time. The props and decor were pretty, and the floor was warm and nice. Since it was near the graduate room village, there were many places that were delivered late, and the convenience store was a 2-minute walk away, so it was convenient to buy additional necessary items. We were staying, and since we were a big studio type, we couldn't sleep comfortably because of the children's sleeping habits in an MT-like atmosphere. Still, it was a satisfying gathering for both children and adults ~

We stayed at a few places during our vacation in South Korea and here was the best one and best way to end the trip! The host's mom met us and was so helpful and just a really sweet and amazing host. She gave us three apples and was so thoughtful and showed us where everything was. The place was clean, comfortable and very central! Would definitely stay here if ever I visit! Definitely book this location!

The place looked exactly like the pictures, it was clean and the kids loved it. I had a lot of inquiries, but it was friendly and quick to respond! I definitely want to visit again next time ^ ^

Awesome place to stay (I was here 13 days)! Very clean, peaceful; many cafe/restaurants around; park around the river I liked to walk there; a metro station 3-5 min to go. Sophia is very friendly, helped me with all my questions, she paid me a taxi from the airport!

I used it well with my family for the holidays

I go to a group resort accommodation like Sonopet all the time. Suddenly, the puppy that was suddenly raised went to the pension often, so I made a reservation to go to a private house. Like a private house It's a perfectly private space, and all the privacy Guaranteed, You don't have to tell me about charcoal or anything else. It's ready enough in advance. There's nothing lacking in this space. It's clean and I just need to use it cleanly. Next time you go again! In advance I want to tell you and go ^ ^

It was the most satisfying place I've been to recently. It was so suitable for a private and comfortable rest with my group. The host is also very kind.

Location was great, the place was spotless and clean, and everything was well provided. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to stay in Itaewon!

I needed a place to stay because I had a few days in Seoul, but I found this place while looking for a cleaner and more comfortable place than a hotel. Usually, the majority of the Internet photos are different from the real thing, but the interior here is clean and well done, and there are plenty of household supplies, so I was very satisfied. I had a comfortable stay like my own home. I'll use it again next time I come to Seoul.

The accommodation was tidy and good for a day's sleep. There are convenience stores nearby, and there are many restaurants just a short walk away, so it's good!

u can exit at no. 13 or from the front of Seoul station which we normally does. it faster but about 15-18 mins of walk if empty handed or w stuff. maybe longer if u hve elderly. responsive host n clear instructions. I like that the floor is clean. we were bare footed. The temp was still cold even though it was spring, it felt like winter n the floor heating was gd. living rm as a cooler blower which we on as the rm as a bit hot fr the heating for some friends. host provided 1 set each guess of bath & hand towel. shower gel, shampoo & hair conditional r provided. Beds are gd. Only one steps up to the gate so it is easy. the common toilet is small n water will splash to the toilet bowl during bath. so need to wipe off. otherwise all gd with this unit. we'd recommend anyone wishing to stay. it's clean & easy to find.

There were a lot of games in the accommodation and a CD player, so I didn't know how much time I had!! It was so clean and the interior was nice, so I was hanging out thinking that I wanted to live here. I'm one hundred and twenty percent willing to revisit!!

It was neat and conveniently prepared, so I rested comfortably. It was an accommodation that made good memories with girls and alumni. If you have any questions or need help, I was even more grateful that you responded right away and solved it. I would like to use it again when I need a place to stay.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. There were no stairs, which made it very convenient for us with our luggage. The owner came by the next day to say hello and kindly offered to teach us how to use the washing machine, but we told him we wouldn’t be needing it. On our last day during checkout, we came back late to collect our luggage, and he was so kind to let us store it safely and even came to send us off personally. The location was amazing — just a 3-minute walk to the train station and within walking distance to the lively Hongdae area. Behind the house, there’s a long stretch of beautiful cherry blossom streets, with plenty of cafes and bars to explore. Overall, we really appreciated the warm hospitality and the super convenient location. Would definitely stay again!

There were 14 people each with their own beds, and the space was efficiently separated, so it was good for a workshop. It was also nice to be able to take a walk in the nearby recreational forest during the afternoon. Great place/Thank you.

The place fit us perfectly as family. Its as per description and Gun-Ow was there waiting for us and guide us for checkins to his place. The place is in quiet neighbourhood but very near to many local eateries which is walkable from Gun-Ows place. Its a shame that we only stayed one night here as the place is very comfortable for our family.

Great location and large apartment

It's a 5-minute walk from the subway station, and there's also a bus stop nearby, so it's very easy to get around. There were also many Olive Young, Daisos, cafes, and restaurants nearby, so there was no inconvenience at all throughout my stay. The interior of the room is cozy, simple, and luxurious. The bed was really comfortable, so I was able to sleep well, and the weather was cold during my stay, but the heating worked well, so I was able to stay warm. The hot water temperature and water pressure in the bathroom were both sufficient. It was such a shame to leave on the day I checked out.I'd love to have you stay for yourself. You'll be amazed at the attention to detail of the magazines or the items you provided on the bookshelf. I think a place of this quality is really rare at this price. It's the best value for the money.

It was so cute, the tableware was well organized, and the location and view were all good!!! The sensibility of the attic is awesome.🤗

Everything was perfect. We loved staying in Lian's Bnb. She was available and was answering our various questions.

Great place a little further out in Hongdae near Mangwon Market. One of the bus stop we usually use is a couple feet away. Super cool bars next to the building also! The place itself is amazing. Bathroom is quirky but thankfully, my friend and I are short so we got used to it. We went in February when it was snowing so please be careful of the steps outside, it could be slippery. Host is super responsive and kind! Can’t wait to come back because of this pleasant stay! :)
