I had a lovely stay at Ceilidh Place. It’s conveniently located near the bus station, yet tucked away in a calm and peaceful area. Nothing disturbed me during my time there — it was exactly the quiet retreat I needed. The flat itself smells fresh and clean, which added to the overall comfort. If you’re not into the busy city centre vibe, this is definitely a great place to stay. Highly recommended for a relaxing, hassle-free visit.

Bozena's place is a self contained annex to a house on the edge of Edinburgh. It's easy to get to from the ring road and has off street parking making it an ideal stop over if you're passing through. It's not a picturesque area and is outside the heart of the city, but being able to park easily is a big bonus. The property is modern and was very clean inside, it was very quiet despite being on an estate and close to other houses.

Ahmet’s home was very clean and neat, the beds very comfortable, linens very clean, Ahmet was a great host. Very knowledgeable , kind, made us feel comfortable and welcome. I recommend his home to any traveler. Ps. His cat was very sweet.

The estate is stunning and a privilege to be able to have this environment. The house is very comfortable, fully equipped.. did not need anything It’s lovely to sit outside in the sun and have tea/coffee, the walks are beautiful. The place is about 25 mins away from the royal mile.. very easy to get there by bus/taxi. So if you like a peaceful and private stay with lush green fields around you then don’t miss this.. it’s worth the trip from the city. There is a coop up the drive way for any urgent grocery needs. Charlotte was super responsive. I really could not have asked for more.. loved it Only recommendation I would give is that if you have heavy bags then come by taxi as the walk from main road to the cottage is long.
