The owner, who returned to Incheon, brought timber to build a four-square house and built a house for his new mother at the foot of Juksan Mountain. This is the story of Juk San Ai, built in 1906. The name "Hwa-yeong" was created by comparing the flower that lives between the asphalt and concrete buildings to a flower blooming in the asphalt.
