Holiday Home with Pool 100% private near the Beach

Breakfast or homemade pizza are available on request (extra charge applies). Rental cars with airport transfer is also available. 100% PRIVATE The house is located in the mountains with a view into the nature. It has a pool (not heated) and a private garden area. We strongly recommend to have a car. From the house you can reach many points of interest (the vulcanic islands, the Etna etc). Even supermarkets, icecream shops and restaurants are close to the house. The beach is 20 minutes away.

Qui il tempo sembra essersi fermato. La dimora, sapientemente ristrutturata è servita di ogni comfort. Casa zona collinare disposta su due livelli. Al primo si trova la cucina soggiorno con accesso diretto dalla terrazza panoramica, tra l'altro l'ideale per mangiare all'aperto. Dal soggiorno tramite una scala interna si raggiunge la zona notte. Al secondo livello è presente un balcone con la stessa vista panoramica del terrazzo. Vi sono tre camere da letto, due con letto matrimoniale e una con una piazza e mezza, bagno recentemente ristrutturato con box doccia e finestra.

Beaches are only 15 min by car. This is also a perfect place to work remotely.
