Desde planta baixa s'accedeix a un jardí privat on pendre el sol i relaxar-te i on pots disposar d'una petita barbacoa. A la primera planta hi ha un bany complert, una habitació doble amb llit-niu i una habitació doble amb llit de matrimoni amb un vestidor-despatx.
