It is located on the road to the castles, close to MARGAUX, and its classified great vintages. It consists of a pleasant 20 m² room offering all the necessary comforts (kitchenette, living room, large 160 bed, shower room and toilet, linen provided). You will have the opportunity to enjoy a private terrace of 50 m², (with jacuzzi) and a private entrance.

This 27 m2 independent 2-room is equipped to the highest standard to allow you to have a comfortable stay (Senseo coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine for long stays, sheets, towels, Wi-Fi, 4 bikes...). Ideal for two people, a sofa bed allows two extra beds. Guests can also enjoy a terrace (with plancha) and an outdoor garden.

Our house is located in a very quiet area, 3 km from Bordeaux train station/4 km from the center. You have the option to park your car in front of or near the house without worries, and it's free. You can also come by tram (6 stops from the station), stopping at the Stade Musard stop or the next one, Calais-Centujean (15 minutes). Your small studio is located at the back of the house.
