Emplacement à quelques mètres de toutes les lignes du tramway et de la Gare, l'appartement de 32 m2 est situé au 2ème étage (sans ascenseur). Il est composé d'une entrée, d'une salle de bain avec cabine de douche et WC, d'une cuisine équipée (frigo, micro ondes, plaques de cuisson etc), d'un salon et d'une chambre (lit 2 places). TV et Wifi accessible. Draps et serviettes de toilettes fournis.

Aménagement intérieur confortable, adapté aussi bien pour des séjours courts que pour des séjours longs. Franco-British, Jany and her daughter Felicia will be happy to welcome you and advise you on the tourist sites to visit. We offer a classic or continental breakfast included in the nightly rate. Loft with a hot tub and sauna

Beautiful loft-style house 180 m2. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer), dining area, bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet) as well as a relaxation area with fireplace and jacuzzi (4 people max). Upstairs, you will enjoy the Sauna, a first 140 bed with a water + toilet area, a bedroom with a 160 bed and a living room with TV. Outside: terrace, and heated pool (May/Sept) BBQ area.

Garden level in main residence in Contaut

Come and relax in the heart of nature, in a 50 m2 accommodation on the ground floor of our main residence (with private garden and parking). Located close to the bike paths, between Hourtin Port and Hourtin Beach, 200 meters from the Contaut lagoon, and close to the Piqueyrot nautical base. You can enjoy the beach, lake and water sports (paddle, sailing, surfing), as well as hiking, forest walks and discovering the flora and fauna.
