Wainui Beachfront Home is located on Moana Road right across from the beach. It is a 10min Drive from the City and only 1km away from the Okitu Store. The House has three bedrooms (2 King Beds & 1 Double Bed), One Bathroom and 2 Toilets. The Kitchen/Dining/Living area is open plan and offers a lot of space. There is a deck out front with a lounge area to capture the Sea view & sunrise. Its the perfect location to relax and enjoy one of the best beaches NZ has to offer. *Please read other notes

The self contained Studio is located behind our Art Deco home, with your own parking bay. Located close to the " viaduct basin " of Gisborne - Restaurants, Kaiti Hill, Museum, Cycleway, Beaches and a short 10 minute walk to the river and Gisborne CBD. The Studio is private and centrally located - a great place to explore all our region has to offer, easily. The studio is perfect for couples, solo travellers and business travellers. Enjoy the quiet area. Listen to all the native birds, swim in the pool, take a walk in our lovely area, or simply relax in the spacious cottage with a drink. Inside, go up the spiral stairs to the cozy mezzanine bedroom (please note that it's low up there). The unique stairs are from the old star observatory on Titirangi (the local maunga/mountain)! The sofa bed in the lounge can sleep 2. There is no kitchen, but there is a kitchenette with microwave, toaster and kettle.

Welcome to our cozy two-bedroom house in town. Beach is a 10-min walk away, supermarkets only 5-min away. Inside, you'll find stylish furnishings, a modern bathroom, and sleeping arrangements for up to 5 guests, including a queen size fold-out sofa in the living room. While the exterior is currently a work in progress, the inside is clean and modern, ensuring a comfortable stay.
