Just like home! 101 m2 apartment

Atypical and cocooning. Located in a small building of 4 apartments on the 1st floor without elevator access. Be careful, the climb is quite steep. Very good location (15 km from Vienna, 25 km from Lyon and Groupama Stadium). Shopping area (including Carrefour) and highway access nearby. Quiet area. Recently I have been traveling a lot and my children are in school/work-study. I make it available to you because we are comfortable there and I like to know that there is life when I am not there.
