It has a 2800 m2 enclosed area, a private parking lot, and a second apartment, the "Cabioute 2", is adjoining to this one. We have a body of water located 3 km from the apartment

You have an independent entrance, with a private terrace equipped to fully enjoy the sun and the unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside and also access our swimming pool. This old barn where my grandfather and then my dad pressed the grapes, from this time there remains the screw of the press which proudly stands in the center of the living room.
