Welcome to our hidden gem. 🏡🌟 This spacious house welcomes you with 4 bedrooms, an office space and plenty of room to play, as we have two children ourselves. The kitchen-living room is the heart of the house where socializing is paramount. The garden can be completely closed off so you don't have to worry about the kids running down to the road. There is plenty of room for both ball games and running, as well as a trampoline and a sandbox. In addition, we have two places to sit outside and enjoy your food or coffee, one of which is covered.

Only 8 km from beautiful Copenhagen, the house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the marsh, which is surrounded by greenery and offers lovely walks and runs. Throughout the summer, there is sun from morning to evening on the 30 m2 wooden terrace. We have decorated the house functionally and personally and love living here. There is a greenhouse of 10 m2 you can sit and relax in. We have a garage with a charger for an electric car (type 2 plug) and at least two bicycles. Welcome.

Possibility of charging an electric car for a fee. The kitchen does not have a hob or oven. There is a microwave, a coffee machine, a panini machine and all the tableware.

Dear guests, The house is perfect for guests/families who want to live in a silent and safe neighborhood close to Copenhagen with all normal amenities and a trampoline for the kids. The house comes with our little, lovely cat Maggie. She doesn’t require much attention, she is an outdoor cat and goes in and out through a cat flap as she feels like.
