We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the accommodation was fantastic, everything we needed and very clean. Garden area lovely for our little dog and so many birds singing. Loved that gated area for the car too. Wonderful scenery in the area to walk or drive around. Everyone in the area very friendly and everywhere clean. Me and my family had a wonderful time at Tim's and Euan's place. The six of us and our four dogs, came for a three day break in North Wales and Tim and Euan's location was in the ideal location to make day trips to Betws-y-coed, Conwy and Llandudno. The old school house is a great place to stay if you are looking for a spacious clean space with amazing views of the countryside. We would definitely stay here again 😁

A really lovely cottage/farmhouse. Kept beautifully warm, well stocked wood for fireplace, and a gorgeous gift on arrival. Amazing communication with host throughout the booking/arrival/departure process. The place is beautiful. Thank you.

Lovely cozy cottage in amazing scenery. Stayed for the weekend with a couple of friends and the log fire was already on when we arrived. Marian and Dewy are very friendly (as are their dogs) and gave great tips on places to eat and visit. There’s a really nice cafe just along the road too. Thoroughly recommend and would come stay again if we’re ever back in the area.
