Villa is situated on 1400 m2 land, consists of 4 bedroms with A/C, 2 bathrooms, large living room, fully equiped kitchen and 2 wardrobe. Outside space consist of large swimingpool with sunbeds, kids playgound (swing, toboggan and trampoline) covered summer kitchen with dinning table, lawn, and lott of trees
