Relax in the Adirondack chairs under the mighty oak and enjoy the peaceful, expansive, rolling, country views, farms, a stocked pond w/ Koi & bass, wild ducks, geese and horse pastures. 1 & 1/2 miles outside of New Freedom, PA. Conveniently located between Baltimore, Lancaster, Gettysburg, York and Harrisburg.

The Pig Shed Writer’s Retreat at Barter Lady Farm

Newly renovated with all new bathroom! The Pig Shed is an idyllic setting, close to Gettysburg and McDaniel College.
