We LOVED this place, nobody wanted to leave. The house is beautiful, fitted out perfectly and great little touches to make you feel welcome and at home. From group breakfasts in the kitchen, games round the fire or a drink by the fire pit outside this house had options for everything and it’s all amazing

Omg I am so glad I found this beautiful little lodge it was perfect for a little solo retreat in nature and a visit to scone palace while in the area is a must too! Everything was perfect… the view of that tree from the sofa too … wow!

A lovely few days in nice surroundings, just what was needed. Easy access to Perth and surrounding areas. Rachel was very friendly. Little enclosed garden at the back a lovely place to sit out with our dogs. Very generous welcome pack. Plenty of hot water and towels. We have no wish to criticise as we had a very enjoyable experience, but the Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

We can not fault our stay. Sarah greeted us with all of the information we needed and provided some essentials needed in the cottage. The pictures do not do it justice, the cottage is beautiful and very comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was very peaceful and we enjoyed seeing all of the wildlife right outside the door! We enjoyed the local area, visiting Loch Leven and climbing up Kinnoull hill. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we were in the area.
