The Paterson House is absolutely beautiful and super clean. The beds are comfortable. Very spacious throughout the house. Kitchen is perfect for cooking and has everything we needed. Kitchen is super clean including fridge, freezer, microwave, oven etc - all very very clean. Backyard super spacious and fun for kids to run around in. A variety of beautiful birds in the backyard. The kids enjoyed spotting and watching. Washing machine easy to use. Paul's communication is outstanding and always replies promptly. The house feels like home and is very welcoming.

I did not end up staying as I got sick at the last minute, however Dawn was really responsive, very clear instructions were given promptly and great communication. A very positive experience despite not getting there in the end :( I would book again without question.

I would highly recommend staying at this lovely property where there’s much to do, when we arrived we were greeted well and shown around the farm by rod and talked through the ins and outs of his dairy farm. We also enjoyed feeding the alpacas with a lovely sunset and sunrise. The home itself was perfect with everything you would need such as a brilliant shower. Hope to come back soon !!
