Die klimatisierte ruhige Gästewohnung, mit Wohn- und Schlafzimmer sowie Bad, befindet sich in Panketal, Ortsteil Schwanebeck, an der Stadtgrenze zu Berlin-Buch, in der Nähe des Helios-Klinikum. Vom Autobahndreieck Barnim sind wir in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Mit Bus und S-Bahn (S2), Berlin-Buch, seid Ihr in 40 Minuten im Zentrum von Berlin. Mit dem Auto dauert es ca. 30 Minuten. Fußläufig erreichbar in 10 Min. sind Netto, REWE, dm, Getränke-Hoffmann und das Helios-Klinikum Berlin-Buch.

The holiday apartment is located in the north of Berlin in a quiet and green residential area. Modern apartment with 75 sqm in the ground floor. Two bedrooms with double bed and each with its own bathroom. Between the two bedrooms is the open living, dining and cooking area with fully equipped kitchen and access to a 30 sqm terrace. One of the two sofas in the living room can be used as a fifth bed with a lying surface of 70x200 cm. For more comfort an additional topper is available.

Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.

Dir steht ein Wohnzimmer mit einer Boxspringcouch- Schlaffunktion (sehr bequem, keine Rückenschmerzen) zur Verfügung, hier findet Ihr auch einen mobilen Arbeitsplatz und einen angrenzendem Balkon (incl. Balkonmöbel), das Badezimmer incl. Wanne, der Flur, und die vollausgestattete Küche. Die Wohnung ist eine komplette Nichtraucher Wohnung und Tiere sind nicht erlaubt, da ich stark allergisch bin. Tief-Garagenplatz ist im Preis mit inbegriffen.

Conveniently accessible by public transportation. 5 min. to the bus stop. 15 minutes to the S-Bahn. With the S-Bahn you are in the center of Berlin in 20 min. Good shopping options. Only 5 minutes away there is a bakery, a butcher, a vegetable garden, a supermarket, a hairdresser, eateries and much more.

The apartment is well connected to the public transportation to the center of Berlin. Arbeiten und Wohnen mit Anbindung an die Hauptstadt - gemütliches 1-Zimmer-Apartment in ruhiger Lage. 3 Minuten Fußweg zum Bus, etwa eine Stunde mit Bus und Bahn in die Berliner City. Gute Anbindung mit dem Auto an die A100 und die A24. Fußläufig sind Supermärkte und Restaurants erreichbar.
