The 62 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 2-family house. Built in 2017. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower (with folding door), large sink, toilet and towel dryer. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed (180 x 200) and a single bed, as well as a wardrobe. Underfloor heating in all rooms. The bedroom has carpeting. All other rooms are tiled.

We offer a small cozy and lovingly furnished bungalow with garden for max. 3 people. The bungalow has a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m wide) and has a sofa in the living room with a sleeping function where another person could sleep. The bungalow is located in a quiet rural area on the outskirts of Berlin.

The cosy, completely separate guest room with a small kitchenette, bathroom and private entrance is located in a newly designed residential building on a park-like property. There is a balcony available in good weather. A sofa bed (French size) offers a couple a good place to sleep.
