Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. Outside there are stone tables and chairs to enjoy your breakfast. Still, the garden has olive trees that offer shade and relaxation. At 30 meters there is a super market. Within a 5-minute walk you will find yourself on the main beach of the island.

Kiter's paradise beach house is a cosy place to relax. It has an amazing view to Antiparos island. Our villa is located in walking distance (700m) from Pounta, the best place to kite. Access Antiparos island by foot, we are 100m far from the ferry. Sauna is provided on demand, for an additional charge.
