Long Fall Bothy is a gorgeous stone building on the outskirts of Marsden village in West Yorkshire. Perfect for a walking holiday, the Kirklees Way passes the property and the Pennine Way, Oldham Way are close by. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.

Snake Path Bridleway to Kinder Scout at your doorstep! Beautiful, immaculate, contemporary converted little cottage, 5 mins walk to village centre. Double room with en-suite toilet/shower. Gorgeous views across the valley to Cracken Edge. Comfortable kitchen, come sitting area (two arm chairs). Perfect for two sharing, very cosy and relaxed. Folding leaf table and chairs, can be used for meals and map exploring! Enclosed patio laid with slate. Own off-street parking space at front door.

Pretty little cottage in the peaks

Newly renovated two bedroom cottage in the peaks. Sitting on the trans Pennine trail, Longdendale trail and near to the Pennine way, it’s ideally located for walkers and cyclists. Backing onto a little wooded area and 5 reservoirs, it’s a perfect location for a holiday in the countryside. There are two double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge. A kitchen with everything you could ever need and a spacious bathroom.
