Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

Cozy cottage Warmia Mazury

The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Rukławki on Lake Dadaj. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms, one double and one triple. The property is fenced. To the main beach, not even 200 m. The beach is guarded by a lifeguard, has a pier, volleyball court, playground and food stands. In addition, there is a water equipment rental point. There are many cycling trails in the area. The minimum rental period is 3 days.

Blue house on the Masurian Lake

Our wooden cottage has been designed to be modern and functional. We tried to blend in perfectly with the surroundings and not to disturb the nature that surrounds us from all sides. Our small village has not succumbed to time, everything works here as before. There is no shop, no restaurant, no tourists, only silence and nature. The village is surrounded by meadows and the Puszcza Piska forest, 10 km to the nearest towns. Cranes and countless water birds invite you to a daily spectacle. Here you will find peace

House in the Masurian Forest with a hot tub

A year-round, atmospheric house on the edge of a forest near the village of Karwica. NO PARTIES – quiet hours at night. Garden with a wood-fired hot tub for 8 people, a barbecue gazebo and a fire pit area. Peace and quiet – perfect for large families or groups of friends. Our house can accommodate up to 10 adults plus small children. We like dogs – and they like a large, fenced-off area. Here, you can: simply relax, go for walks (forest), cycle, and work (Wi-Fi, fibre optic internet). 1,500 m to the lake

Waterfront Paradise - lake, views, veranda (#2)

The former farm has been converted into a home for lovers of peace and nature. Located on a spacious plot with a fairytale view of your 'own' lake from the veranda. Fully equipped with -among others- a fire pit by the lake, a bbq, a lovely fireplace in the livingroom, a spacious kitchen, a good shower, wonderful beds and views to just dream away... The entire (fenced) plot is available to our guests, dogs are welcome. (The farm is split into two houses - possible to book together as one house.)

Cosy 120m house, jukebox, garden, fire place

The place with a unique character, created by our Dutch friend. You can rest there and spend wonderful time by the fire place or in the spacious garden. Go to see 3 lakes nearby. The beach is 3 min. walk, the woods - 10 min. walk Fiberoptic WiFi, Jukebox, board games, retro video games. See nice view from the terrace, rest in big garden. We have fire place there and big BBQ. The wood is free, heating by fire place. You can ride your bike around. Take your pupil but take responsibility for it.

Dom z regionalnymi elementami wystroju wnętrz w eklektycznym stylu mazursko-skandynawskim w pełni wyposażony. Duża działka z pomostem tuż przy domu, sauna fińska, taras z widokiem na jezioro i las, piętrowy domek dla dzieci oraz miejsce na ognisko z zapleczem. Do dyspozycji kajak, leżaki i grill. Idealne miejsce na spływy kajakowe. 2,5 godz. od Warszawy.

Dom z 5 sypialniami dla 10 osób. Salon z kominkiem połączony z kuchnią. W Stodole jest sala bilardowa z kominkiem. do domu przynależy bardzo duży drewniany taras z jacuzzi (czynnym w sezonie letnim), leżakami, kanapami oraz zewnętrzna jadalnią. Stodoła znajduje się w dużym ogrodzie do wyłącznego użytku gości, z dostępem do stawu z pomostem. W domu jest bezpłatne Wi- Fi. Stodoła jest miejscem przyjaznym alergikom, dlatego zapraszamy do niej bez zwierzaków.
