Alpenhotel Dachstein is located just 12 km from the historic town of Hallstatt, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The neolithic region of Salzkammergut offers a wealth of opportunities for families such as winter sports, cycling trails winding over clear lakes and of course great cuisine. The spacious vacation home (200 m², 3 double rooms, 3 terraces) is surrounded by forest and meadows and is 1.5 km from the center of Gmunden. From all rooms you can enjoy the wide view of the lake and the surrounding mountain panorama. Walks, hikes and cycling tours can be undertaken directly from the house. There is also a free swimming area at the lake with table tennis, volleyball, paddle boats, etc. (12-minute walk, 1-minute drive). We have floor heating and cooling.
