The newly renovated two-room apartment is located in the Alpenhotel Dachstein complex above the Alpine town Bad Goisern on Lake Hallstattsee in the beautiful Salzkammergut. Alpenhotel Dachstein is located just 12 km from the historic town of Hallstatt, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The neolithic region of Salzkammergut offers a wealth of opportunities for families such as winter sports, cycling trails winding over clear lakes and of course great cuisine. Try, for example, Hallstatt bacon:-)

Die Terrasse vor der Küche, mit Blick auf den See, lädt zum Frühstücken ein, die zweite Terrasse vor dem Wohn-/Schlafraum, zu einem "Sundowner" bei Sonnenuntergangsstimmung, Seeblick und Lagerfeuerromantik. In the midst of the nature of Bad Goisern on Lake Hallstatt, the small but fine apartment Margareta awaits you. From the sun balcony you have a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains and the highlight of Goisern: the Eternal Wall. In just 4 minutes by car you can reach the center of the traditional village and the must-sees of the region are not too far away: Hallstatt 15 minutes, Dachstein Krippenstein 20 minutes, the imperial city of Bad Ischl and Bad Aussee, 15 minutes.

The spacious vacation home (200 m², 3 double rooms, 3 terraces) is surrounded by forest and meadows and is 1.5 km from the center of Gmunden. From all rooms you can enjoy the wide view of the lake and the surrounding mountain panorama. Walks, hikes and cycling tours can be undertaken directly from the house. There is also a free swimming area at the lake with table tennis, volleyball, paddle boats, etc. (12-minute walk, 1-minute drive). We have floor heating and cooling.
