The apartment is 120 m² and offers a small garden which is completely fenced and therefore also suitable for dogs. Infrared cabin from Physiotherm and a sauna. On the second floor is a bedroom with a double bed. The second bedroom is on the ground floor and offers two single beds. From this centrally located place you are 5 minutes from Grünau im Almtal and 15 minutes from Gmunden. Walk to the supermarket in 2 minutes and to the Almfluss in 5 minutes.

The property is located about 2 km from Schörfling, where the nearest shopping is also located. By bike you can get to the beautiful Lake Attersee in about 10 minutes. However, the journey home may take a little longer. Surrounded by fruit trees, chickens and a flower field, you can really relax here and start great hikes or bike rides from your place.
