"Alte Dorfschule" am Schweriner See

The 80m² apartment is located on the upper floor of an old village school in Wickendorf on the northern outskirts of Schwerin, 7 km to the centre. Lake Schwerin is a few minutes' walk away and easily accessible for a morning swim. The bright apartment with private entrance consists of a large living/bedroom area with adjoining kitchen and a separate large shower room. There is plenty of space for 2-3 people and you will always find small artistic details in the apartment. The double bed has the dimensions of 2.0 x 2.0 m, a third single bed (normal size) Additional mattresses can be provided by the landlord. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge (without icebox) and an electric cooker with an oven. The car can be parked in the in-house yard. As a rule, the regular bus runs hourly into the city within 12 minutes. Also by bike along the lakes you are in the city center in about 30 minutes. Bicycles as well as the large, former school garden can be (co-)used with agreement. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Pets can be brought with the agreement of the landlord.

Schwerin villa with garden

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

This cozy and also super centrally located apartment is located in the city center of the beautiful state capital Schwerin and is therefore the ideal starting point for excursions or excursions of any kind. In front of the Schwerin gates is our over 100-year-old residential building with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a light-flooded living room with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden views.

See und Wald laden zum spazieren ein, die kulturelle Stätten im Stadtzentrum sind zu Fuß (30 min.) oder mit dem Bus erreichbar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in nächster Nähe.

The property offers plenty of space for recreation. A parking space is by the house. The apartment is about 40 sqm and practically furnished. It is advantageous to travel by car. But also the arrival by train, bus or dial-a-bus is also available. Cambs is a good starting point for trips to Schwerin, Wismar or the Baltic Sea. If you like cycling, you are well on your way on bike paths. The Internet connection is sometimes a bit weak.

There is a living room/bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, shower and toilet. Car and bicycle parking spaces are provided. In summer you can sit on the terrace. Our granny flat is 30 m², has a cozy, large room with fireplace, a small bathroom and a small kitchen. It is 300 m from the beautiful Zippendorf beach and has a separate entrance. Parking is available outside the door, but please park so that we can still pass by by bike! The garden is available for use.
