Monthly Rentals in Gobustan

It was great staying at Nazim's place. He was flexible with the checkin and the place was very neat and clean. It's a good apartment to stay if you are coming with family. He provided a guide with all the directions clearly mentioned and also suggested nearby restaurants. There is a supermarket which is inside the complex where you get grocery. The place is about 10-15 mins walking from Nizami street. Overall the stay was very good.

Everything was fantastic! The apartment is absolutely wonderful – spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. It truly felt like home. The host was incredibly friendly, responded quickly to all our messages, and went out of their way to help with everything we needed. The location is perfect, close to everything, and super convenient. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Very nice apartment in a stylish new built residence. Walking distance from the town centre. Would definitely stay there again.

We found Mr. Huseyn’s place by chance and were so lucky! He proactively sent the location and showed up himself so we had no trouble finding the apartment. He even helped with my luggage and made sure the boiler, heating, Wi-Fi, and all amenities were working. Check-in and check-out were super easy peasy. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and well-maintained. The sofa and bed were very comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The building is new, and has an elevator, which made things super convenient. The location was excellent—quiet yet close to everything we needed. The balcony had a nice view, which we really enjoyed. There’s a small store downstairs for water, snacks, and essentials. You’ll find everything you need in the apartment—clean washroom, full kitchen amenities and ofcourse the comfortable bed Mr. Huseyn is a helpful, responsive, and solution-oriented host. Highly recommend it!
