We had a nice time with my wife, the gazebo looks small, it was more than we expected in the photos, there was a migro, we had no problem shopping, the kofteci yusuf was 20 minutes away, there were camping around, we had nice conversations, the sea was nice, we thank Mr. Fevzi

We spent very nice 10 days at the house. Oliver helped us a lot with lots of tips about the surrounding area. Also just staying in the garden was a nice change on some days.

The house itself is really nice and clean. The outside area is well-maintained. Pool is clean and doesn’t smell of chlorine - kids loved it! The beds were comfortable, and showers were powerful. Each bedroom has a balcony; all are en-suite except for the ground-floor room, which has a bathroom with a shower next door. We tried to use the sauna, and Firat kindly provided instructions, but it didn’t get warm enough. The only downside is that the kitchen isn’t very well equipped. With three young kids, we had evening meals at home and used the kitchen. While there are enough pots, pans, cutlery, plates, and glasses, some basics are missing—like oven mitts, kitchen towels, wine glasses. I would also provide washing-up liquid, a few dishwasher tablets and some water for those who arrive late and without car. Overall, we enjoyed our stay—it’s excellent value for money. Firat was very responsive and friendly. Thank you!

This is a nice and clean place with beautiful swimming pool right in from the apartment. If we come back to Fetheyi again. We’ll stay at this place.

Great location of the house and itself. We had a water problem at home, everything else is very good.

Hakan 's apartment at sunset beach club was excellent had everything you would need for a great holiday or just a relaxing time . Complex was superb, pools bar and restaurant and shop ect everything needed was there. Location of complex was perfect plus private beach. Plus a bus stops at main entrance to take you further afield. Completely as described if not better. Hakan was a superb host any questions where answered so quickly. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

The suit is beautiful, clean, and the views are stunning. The communication with the owner was always friendly and straightforward. The location is great, there is a lot of shopping. It takes about 5 minutes to get to the city by car. A car is also recommended. We had a very nice and relaxing time there as a family.

The villa was amazing, great location, quiet and the view is amazing, never got tired of looking out to sea & the sunset over the mountains, absolutely stunning. The villa was everything we expected and was perfect for our annual family holiday of 9 adults and a toddler, who absolutely loved the smaller shallower pool. Andy sorted out all our transfers, we had different people arriving at different times, which made it so easy & stress free from arriving to going home. He organised a boat trip on Junior Sea Bella which I would highly recommend. We had the boat to ourselves, visited several coves, swam, paddle boarded & had a clay all over body treatment! The food on board was prepared by Momma and it was amazing. It was so good that we booked again for our last day. Totally worth it, great experience. It was a great holiday & we will be returning. Ms. Bensu is a great host. The house was just like in the photos or even better. Ms. Bensu welcomed us with beautiful flowers. The house was spotless, everything we might need was considered. The pool was spotless. The pool and garden were cleaned regularly. 5 minutes walk to Calis beach. There is a grocery store around where you can meet all your needs on foot.. etc. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The next time we come to Fethiye, it is definitely the only place we will stay. Thank you so much for everything 🙏🏻

Great place to stay! Located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the beach and promenade. Clean and well equipped with everything you need for comfort stay. Air conditioners in every room, everything works perfectly. No problem with hot water, great water pressure. Lots of room for parking. Great experience overall!

Berkay was a great host ! Always quick to respond to messages and allowed us for early check-in/late check-out which was really helpful due to our flight times . The location of the apartment is brilliant with being just a short walk away from Kalkan old town but not to much in the hustle and bustle of the busy streets.The views from the rooftop terrace where fabulous ,especially at night ! The apartment was clean & spacious with everything you need . I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Kalkan and will surely be returning here myself. Thank you for a great stay !

We loved everything about this villa from the location to the responsive and friendly hosts! We stayed an entire month and absolutely loved the area - its very residential and on a quiet street. The property is amazing with lots of room inside the villa and so many beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy. A very easy, short walk to the beach with a beautiful promenade and so many restaurants. Super close to the grocery store as well. We loved seeing snow capped mountains from many windows in the home as well as enjoying beautiful sunsets from the upper patio in the evening. The host and her husband were amazing. It is nice to have them close by in case you need anything. We had one minor issue with the oven and they came immediately to check it out and fix it. The host even kindly brought us some delicious homemade turkish desserts from their family gathering, as we were there over Byram. Very nice people and place. Will definitely stay again. Ms. Gülen was a very good hostess. The house was so sweet. We had everything we needed. It felt like our own home. In addition, the house is in the most beautiful compound of Kalkan. There are 2 pools in the compound that you can use and a private sea swimming area. Free transportation is also available on site. I can say that we were very comfortable and had a pleasant week. If I come to Kalkan, I would like to stay here again. Thank you for everything.

I and my family had a great holiday at Bayram’s. The apartment is equipped with very confortable beds for a really good night sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped . I particularly enjoyed the water dispenser, the evening balcony sitting. The flat is 5 mn walk from shops and from the beach. The bus stop to Fethiye town is just outside the property. Bayram has booked for us a taxi from the airport and back. The taxi was confortable, equipped with wifi and air conditioning. The driver stopped to buy fresh water for us when he pick us from the airport. We particularly appreciated that as all the family was thirsty from a 4:30mn flight. We arrived at the appartement past midnight and Bayram was there to show us around and he made available to us , eggs, milk , jam, butter , juice and bread for breakfast. Much appreciated. Bayram was always available and responsive to our requests . Thank you bayram for making our holiday a memorable holiday.

We had an amazing time at the villa. Everything looked exactly if not better than the photos! The villa was super proper and clean, with everything you need (e.g. well-equipped kitchen). We felt right at home! The view from the villa was just breathtaking. The pool is very nice too and felt bigger than in the photos! Kalkan town center is walkable distance (15 min). Kalkan feels cosy, with great ambiance and restaurants! We highly recommend. The beach clubs around the villa are very nice too! We would also like to thank Shaina, who is an incredible host. Shaina is very responsive, she answered all our questions before and during the trip and shared her recommendations for the stay which we highly appreciated! Overall we highly recommend Shaina’s place! We enjoyed our time and hope to come back soon!

We really enjoyed the holiday in the villa. We will be happy to come back! A few minor renovations should be done. The driveway is a bit adventurous because it's so steep, but after a few trips it doesn't stand out anymore. The environment is totally beautiful, a rental car is recommended, so you can quickly get to Dalaman, Ortaca and all the beautiful beaches in the area.

Really nice appartment. Super view from the terrasse over the habour and the mountains. Everything was in perfect condition and super clean. Only 10 Minuten to walk to Fethje oldtown . Birol was a perfect host. Very friendly and helpful. Communication in Englisch was easy. We are glad to stay there and in case we will visit Fethje again, we would rent the same Appartement. 😀

Everything was good about this extremely well presented apartment. Exceptionally clean & in a great location, well equipped for a long stay. Sinan is a great host & always replied quickly to any queries we had. Many apartments in Turkey rely on solar water heaters, which can mean that there is no hot water on cloudy days. However this apartment has an electric water heater & so it is always possible to have a shower. This is a major advantage in my opinion. We didn't use the pool as our stay was in the Winter but it looked very nice & would be great in the Summer. The neighbours were extremely nice, helpful people. The building is very secure & safe. Check in & check out was entirely trouble free. We will look to book here again next time we are visiting the area.

The house is located in a very quiet and convenient area. It’s cozy and has everything needed. The hospitality of the host is unbelievable :)
