Holiday rentals with a patio in Godalming

We had a great stay at Chris' place in central London. The apartment was very neat and clean with comfortable beds. Chris was kind enough to offer us an early check in and helped out with all the queries. It got a bit warm inside the apartment, but Chris had fans for every room which was helpful. The place is very centrally located, in a quiet neighbourhood near UCL and close to 3 Tube stations including Tottenham Crt Rd station (10 mins walk) & Goodge Street (2 mins walk). It's on the Ground & Lower Ground Floor so bringing bags in isn't an issue. Only slight disadvantage is that the rooms/bathrooms are slightly small, but if you're not spending too much time at home, it's not a big issue. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to be centrally located in London and close to major Tube stations.

We had a great stay (6 nights, 2 adults/2 children) Highlights: - Great LOCATION 💫✨✨ Apartment on a quiet street, with little car traffic. But close to all amenities (subway, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, bars...) and extremely well located in London for easy access to the different neighborhoods. - Small but very convenient and well designed apartment for a week stay with the family. 2 bedrooms with double beds (and small individual duvets for children). Well equipped kitchen, bathroom too, and a mini terrace in the shelter! Very efficient heaters if needed. - Very kind and helpful host, even if we did not have the chance to meet him… Self check-in and checkout (keypad) Weak point: - Soundproofing with the top landing a little light... we were woken up one night by the departure of the tenants at 3am... But hey, in the city center you can't have everything! Thank you again for this stay!!!

Great location - very quiet and yet you are right by the subway and get everywhere. The decor was stylish, there was everything you needed!

Nice place that was comfortable. We felt very safe here. The location was great, and was easily walkable to a couple of underground stations within about 10-15 minutes. Cindy was very responsive to any questions we had.

We had a great stay here. Susan was a wonderful host, who made it possible for us to check in early, and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s a lovely neighbourhood, with three different supermarkets within walking distance (a Sainsbury’s Local, Co-op and LIDL). It’s also easy to get around, as it’s a short walk (15 minutes) to the underground station to get into central London. As an added bonus, it’s on the Richmond train line and a very quick trip out to Kew Gardens.

The apartment was beautiful. It has a really nice balcony with a beautiful view of the river. Fully stocked kitchen, literally had everything that we needed. The host was very responsive and helped us out when we had issues. Great location, walkable to public transportation, and grocery store was really close by. We had a great vacation overall, glad we chose this place to stay!

Nabila was very proactive, had detailed instructions, and very responsive. She was so considerate and asked what time we were getting in- she then arranged it so we could check in a little early. The place itself was as described, and the location is fantastic! We would absolutely stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay literally right on the beach. The uninterrupted sea views were stunning. Spacious, great shower and comfortable beds. Would highly recommend

If you are thinking about starting an Airbnb, Mary’s place is a great example of how to do things right. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and to be honest I wouldn’t change a thing. Mary was pro-active, friendly and helpful and gave me clear instructions as to how to access the place, where to park etc. I have already booked for later this year and will find myself in the same area next year; I will be back!

The house was cosy and the beds comfy. We enjoyed a walk to the seafront area and a drive to the picturesque South Downs. We had a lovely, relaxed weekend break - thank you!

I stay at Magda’s a lot and I can’t fault her advice and friendlinesss. Highly recommend.

Travelled down as family of 12 for London Marathon weekend. The place was everything we wanted and more. It really has a ‘home from home’ feel and you immediately felt comfortable due to the numerous little touches the hosts have gone to. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer…. Only minor feedback is the stairs to top floor is little difficult for the older members or those struggling after long run!! 🥵😂 When we are next this way, we will definitely look to book again. Jen is a very responsive and available host. The apartment is well located, with good access to public transport to easily reach the center of London. The accommodation is perfectly equipped. We would love to come back if we come back to London. Thank you also for breakfast, it is a much appreciated attention! ✨

Amazing stay at Portico Residence. Flexible check in, beautiful kitchen with all the cutlery. And all the amenities. Love the house decor. Easy walk towards town and stores, and train station. Love to see that all the necessary’s were available in the house. Heating system was perfect. Our stay was comfy and beautiful. Surely recommend portico residences.

We stayed for the weekend, the place was very clean and spotless, we loved how easy it was to get to the beach and she was always responsive and helpful. My kids loved the chocolate eggs too

Tom's place is a real home from home so we instantly felt settled. The flat is beautifully decorated and actually much larger than I think the pictures show so we had plenty of space! Tom was really helpful and responsive and obviously really cares that his guests have a nice stay. The check in and out was super easy too. Such a great area with everything walkable! We will be back!

Really lovely comfortable, well laid out property which was spacious and well equipped. The welcome breakfast goodies was a really nice thought and much appreciated.
