From the bedroom, you can enjoy a stunning panoramic view, as you can from the large terrace, where we serve breakfast on request at weekends. Relaxation outdoor spaces are also available.

You are surrounded by greenery but only ten minutes from the Asti-Est motorway exit. Located between Asti and Moncalvo, it is an ideal spot. The newly renovated apartment located in Grazzano Badoglio, arranged over two floors, can accommodate up to 4-5 people, it consists of a large bedroom equipped with a sink and there is the possibility of an additional bed.The kitchen is fully equipped and includes the living area with double sofa bed, private bathroom with shower and entrance area. The rooms also have air conditioning and heating. It has a washing machine, microwave, TV, coffee machine. There is an ancient Infernot visitable.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

This 130 sq. m. accommodation is ideal for being able to spend a few relaxing days surrounded by nature. Located in the historic center of La Morra, it enjoys a wonderful view of the Langhe, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The accommodation consists of a bathroom, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a large PANORAMIC terrace. During your stay we hope to make you feel at home and will be available to give information with respect to the best places to visit and the best wines to taste.

Tenuta Magrini

The outbuilding of Tenuta Magrini is a small independent studio flat (without kitchen) on the estate, from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Monferrato. A quiet place between woods and vineyards with a large and well-kept garden and infinity view pool. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed, making it suitable just for a couple or for a family with one or two children that can share the room. The parking is internal and from the estate.

Suite of the former granary at Tenuta San Rocco

Panoramic suite on two levels obtained inside the old granary of the Estate, with breathtaking views of the hills. Inside there is an equipped kitchenette made from a carpenter's bench, a wood-burning fireplace, a hammock, a living area with an armchair and a turntable, and a private Finnish sauna. Despite being independent, the accommodation enjoys all the services of the estate, from catering to relaxation and sports hiking activities.

The Portico in Monferrato

In the hills of Monferrato (20 minutes from Asti) in a recently renovated house, there is a cozy independent three-room apartment where you can spend a pleasant stay in the countryside. There is a large porch and a garden; 2 e-bikes (for rent) and from May to September you can cool off in the Tankkd (with outdoor shower) A few minutes' drive away is the quaint town of Moncalvo, where the traditional Truffle Fair takes place every autumn.
