You can visit the pergola and Penedo de Castro, with unique views over the Mondego River, and it also offers several walking trails. A visit to the Lorvão Interpretive Center is a must, where you can taste its ex-libris, the snowy and the Lorvão pastry.

Cosy apartment, located in the heart of the city, in a calm neighbourhood. This apartment has lots of light, airy and with all the comfort you need, with some accomodations like dishwasher, coffee machine, washing and drying machine. The apartment is located in the historic part of the city, wich is a UNESCO heritage and is 5 minutes from University, Praça da República, Baixa and Museu Machado Castro. From this apartment you can get by walk to all the mainly interest points of the city.

Quinta da Manga is 7 minutes from downtown Coimbra. It is a large house made entirely of wood, surrounded by green space and with a 3.5x10m swimming pool. Very comfortable, with central heating, air conditioning and all amenities. The house can accommodate 9 people plus children! My place is good for couples and families (with kids, just be careful with the pool). Lots of outdoor space, with terrace, outdoor sofas, Brazilian hammocks to rest, lawn to play and relax, and swimming pool.

About 400 meters away is the river beach, which is a natural pool, as well as dozens of beaches and lagoons a few kilometers away (the closest place to them). It is a renovated stone house located above the village fountain, popular in the surrounding area for its pure water. Novelães is a very quiet village just 5 km from the foot of Serra da Estrela between Gouveia and Seia. The house has a large space with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy silence and peace, walk through the woods and visit the surrounding natural attractions.

The Haystack

Panoramic View and Jacuzzi Palheiro is located in the village of Sobral Fernando and is a house dating back to 1936, all of which is built in schist stone. Recently restored, it offers a modern, welcoming environment while preserving the traces of times past. It has a Jacuzzi with water that can be heated on the panoramic balcony.
