Private completely renovated two bedroom cottage located in the heart of Golden. This home comfortably sleeps six with three queen beds. The second bedroom has a queen over queen bunk bed. The master bedroom suite includes a private bathroom and a separate private sunroom attached. This is perfect extra space for meditation, a baby room, or an extra guest. The home has a private patio with a large oversized BBQ, a picnic table that seats 8 and a cushy love seat under the covered porch.

This private space close to downtown Golden has a large bedroom & spacious bath with alcove space for dining and cooking (micro-wave, small fridge, cooktop). The second bed is a single fold out couch in the main bedroom. Great views of the foothills. CSM 1 block, downtown Golden 5 blocks. We are a covid vaccinated household, and hope that you are too.
