You will be close to Bear Creek where you can cast a line at local trout or sit back on the patio and enjoy the elk our town is so well known for. This special guest suite was built specifically for short term guests and has fantastic natural light with decorative Italian tile and local artisan's works. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enter the gated 5 acres into a lush green oasis. The studio has a sunny welcoming deck with dining umbrella covered table, plenty of seating and lounging area. Newly remodeled studio with full kitchen including granite countertops, floating shelfs and tons of natural light. The cozy living room area has a midcentury modern leather couch and a coffee table with lift top for working. Climb the stair ladder to the loft bunkbed area with 2 queen beds.

Nestled in the foothills of the Colorado Rockies, our home is centrally located to all that the Denver area has to offer. We are a quick 15 minute drive to Downtown, and to Red Rocks Ampetheater. It is also an hour jaunt to some popular ski areas, including Loveland Ski Resort and Winter Park. This suite includes an upgraded bathroom with a spa-like shower. Bedroom accommodation features a queen sized pillow top mattress, and TV with Roku. You'll also have your own dining space and kitchenette.

The Urban Oasis

When you book a stay at The Urban Oasis, you'll enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally-located pet friendly gem. The guest suite has its own private patio with a small turfed area and ample lighting. You and up to 3 other guests will enjoy the charm of the West side of Denver, an easy walk to vibrant Tennyson Street (~15 min walk), a short distance to RiNo and Downtown (~10 min drive) and convenient to Red Rocks (~20 min drive). Walk to your pick of 3 dispensaries in 5 minutes or less.

Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.

Aspen Park Mountain Retreat-Tranquil & Convenient

Located a few minutes off HWY 285, the 600+ sf guest suite has a private entrance through the 1 car garage and a private deck. Our property has a park-like setting with a beautiful view and just minutes to hiking & biking trails. Close proximity to Red Rocks Amphitheater, Denver & Big Mountain skiing. Hosts on site, but you are allowed plenty of privacy.

Lakewood Guesthouse

4.0 Miles to downtown Denver. A small studio house with a full kitchen and small bathroom. Walking distance to the lightrail station, and Sloan's Lake. While the house is nothing fancy, it is comfortable, close to downtown and a close drive to the mountains. The neighborhood is not particularly walk friendly to restaurants and bars, but a very quick Uber to the city. A couple of my favorite places close by are Westfax Brewing and US Thai. 4/20 friendly outside house.

City View Treehouse

Visit a world high above the clouds at this 8,250 feet above sea level treehouse. The perfect spot situated in beautiful Evergreen, CO just minutes from shopping, restaurants, Evergreen lake, hiking and so much more. This fully plumbed luxury retreat is the perfect spot to reconnect and have a romantic time away from life’s hustle. King size bed, tv, games, A/C, clawfoot tub and shower for a relaxing bubble bath. Mountain Carriage House-(Tiny House)

This is a space of 360 sq. ft., which includes a small kitchenette, with microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, hot tea kettle, and mini fridge. There is one full bathroom; please note that the bedroom and common area, which holds one sofa big enough for two people, is a shared space. This is a tiny house. Quaint and comfortable, and small. Enjoy fresh clean linens, and on cool days, bump the little red gas stove up and enjoy a cozy fire.

Kittredge Guest Suite

Come enjoy my recently renovated lower level of my home. Located in the quaint, beautiful community of Kittredge, just five minutes from historic Evergreen and just twenty minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater. Enjoy miles of hiking/biking trails, wildlife, restaurants and shopping.
