Exceptional!! Yes it's true, there is no sea view, but it feels so good, there is everything, really everything , all the necessary comforts "Like at home!" (more than what other homes offer on Airbnb ) a real equipped kitchen and with a private parking space in front of the accommodation located on the ground floor at the bottom of a cul-de-sac. Powerful air conditioning in the 2 rooms important in these hot weather, comfortable bedding and sofa. Self check-in. Host was very responsive. The apartment is tastefully decorated. Unbeatable value for money and good location. The stay in Durres was very pleasant thanks to this apartment, it deserves 10 stars!!!

we were 2 adults and 2 children in the apartment for 10 days. Communication with the landlady was always prompt, kind and helpful. Apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and description. The landlady sent us 2 phone numbers of taxi companies in advance to get us from the airport to the apartment. Since we drank tea and instant coffee in the apartment, we asked the landlady for a kettle. In an hour she brought us a brand new kettle. Apartment itself was small but completely sufficient for the stay. we were very satisfied! Thanks to the great landlady!

Very responsive hosts who were very flexible with check-in and check- out which was super helpful for us. Apartment is close to the sea and has markets nearby. We were there in the off-season so it was pretty quiet and a lot of restaurants were closed. Nice apartment and nice hosts, would recommend!

Staying at the GrandStay by Armels was wonderful! He is a great host that was very attentive to our needs & expectations. He was helpful, providing transportation from the airport to the Airbnb. He also helped us with transitioning to our next Airbnb! If you have pets traveling with you, know that he will be friendly to them as well ☺️ our cats also liked him and his hospitality. The view from the apartment is also nice with ceiling to floor windows along with a partial sea view. If you want to watch the sunset everyday, you can!! As you leave the Airbnb you are embraced by the sea view along with many restaurants and nearby markets for basic needs. We loved staying here and highly recommend it! There is also a mini gym within the Airbnb- weights and a mat waiting for you (so no excuses lol). Thank you again Armels!!! If we are ever in Durres again, we will be back ☺️

What a great weekend we had for my friend's bachelor party! Unlucky with the weather, Alfred the manager and the owners of the penthouse let us feel like at home right away. Perfectly located, amazing pool and easy access to restaurants, the sea and the city. Connected bar downstairs meant easy access to coffees and beers. Loved it!

The apartment was exactly as described and was in a great location, 12 minutes from Skanderberg Square and buses. There were plenty of bars 9would recommend Si Dielli) and restaurants nearby. Perfect for 3 days in Tirana.

Nice apartment, top location and excellent and timely communication with the host. I had to do a bit of work and the flat was also perfect if you are looking for a place where you can focus. The apartment is five minutes away from the city center. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

Great appartment on the 7th floor. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Host was very kind and checkin was easy. The bistro on the ground floor was perfect for getting food and drinks. And we could also watch Bundesliga. Definitely recommend

Excellent apartment and location. Provided transfer from airport as well. Beach is a 2 minute walk away. Grocery store and coffee shop downstairs. Very spacious balcony. Highly recommended.
